Shipping and Returns


We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. However if we are handling a large number of orders we may take up to 5 working days to complete your order. 

We work as hard as possible to ensure that you receive your order ASAP. All orders are sent out Via Royal Mail 1st Class for Free and Paid shipping options.


We offer a 30 day returns policy;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any out sleeves and serial numbers. Unfortunately if your product has been opened we cannot issue a refund. 

All products will be subject to a full inspection before any refund is issued.


Some goods are exempt from being returned due to hygeine reasons. These include:

Opened e-liquids
Tanks / Atomisers which have been filled with liquid or used
Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used
Drip tips (mouthpieces)
Opened coils


If you would like an exchange please contact us at and we will work with you to exchange your product, Exchanges have the same exceptions as returns, please see above.


Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used. Please allow 5 working days for the funds to be received back into your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within seven working days of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back.

Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
